01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "apkshrap" refers to the online gaming platform operated at apkshrap.net, including all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, software, content, and services.
• "Platform" means the website, mobile browser interface, and any application through which apkshrap services are accessed.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the apkshrap Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by You on the apkshrap Platform following successful verification.
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds held in your apkshrap Account at any given time, inclusive of real-money and bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or matched deposit amounts credited to your Account pursuant to a promotional offer.
• "Real Money Funds" means PKR deposited by You from a verified payment method and credited to your Account.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet amount that must be placed using Bonus Funds before those funds or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region in which access to or use of the Platform would contravene applicable local laws or regulations.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity, age, and source-of-funds verification, as required under applicable licensing obligations.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the apkshrap Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, You unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full, together with the apkshrap Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between You and apkshrap with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.

apkshrap reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically.

03 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the apkshrap Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the period your Account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age restriction is absolute and non-negotiable.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity, trust, or other legal structure) accessing the Platform for your own personal entertainment.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether issued by apkshrap or any recognised responsible gaming authority.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of an employee of apkshrap or any of its affiliated entities, technology suppliers, or game providers.

apkshrap takes its underage gambling prevention obligations seriously. If apkshrap has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player does not meet the minimum age requirement, the Account will be immediately suspended, all pending transactions reversed, and the matter referred to the relevant licensing authority.

04 Account Registration

To access real-money features of the apkshrap Platform, you must create a registered Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• Each individual player is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different identities, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, false address, or another person's identity, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. apkshrap will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your login details.
• You must notify apkshrap immediately via the support dashboard if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised use of your Account.
• Account registration is free of charge. apkshrap will never request payment in exchange for creating or maintaining a basic Account.

apkshrap reserves the right to decline any Account registration application or to close an existing Account without providing a reason, subject to the obligation to return any Real Money Funds to the verified payment source.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the apkshrap Platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank transfers. apkshrap may add or remove payment methods at its discretion with notice published on the Platform.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are published in the cashier section of your Account dashboard. These limits may vary by payment method and Account tier.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account within minutes of successful transaction confirmation. apkshrap is not responsible for delays attributable to your payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Players who have not completed identity verification will not be able to process withdrawals until all required documentation has been reviewed and approved.
• apkshrap will process withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, as a standard anti-money-laundering control.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. Standard processing by apkshrap is completed within 24 hours of approval; delivery to your JazzCash or EasyPaisa wallet typically occurs within minutes of apkshrap processing.
• apkshrap reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request regardless of amount.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

apkshrap offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All such offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any offer-specific terms published alongside the promotion:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified players who have met all eligibility requirements at the time the bonus is claimed.
• Each promotion is subject to a specified Wagering Requirement. Unless stated otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated funds or winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them that remain unused at the expiry of the validity period will be automatically forfeited without notice.
• apkshrap reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or expire any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to a Player's Account, the applicable terms at the time of crediting will govern that bonus.
• Multiple accounts, bonus abuse, or any form of coordinated bonus exploitation will result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses and may result in permanent Account closure.
• Bonuses are personal to the Account holder and may not be transferred to another player or Account.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the apkshrap Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to game-specific rules displayed within each game or sports market:

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended except in circumstances expressly permitted by apkshrap's game rules or where a technical error has demonstrably occurred.
• apkshrap reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on the basis of a manifest pricing error, system malfunction, or any circumstances that rendered the odds or payout materially incorrect at the time of placement.
• In the event of a technical failure affecting the delivery of a game round, the relevant round may be voided and all stakes returned. apkshrap will not be liable for any winnings or losses that would have resulted from the completion of a voided round.
• Cricket and PSL betting markets are governed by the specific market rules published within the sportsbook section. Settlement will follow the official result as declared by the relevant cricket governing body.
• Maximum payout limits per game, per session, and per calendar month apply. These limits are published within the cashier section and may be updated from time to time.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the apkshrap Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to interact with the Platform in a manner not consistent with normal human play.
• Colluding with other players, whether on apkshrap or through external communication, to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature. Any such vulnerability must be reported to apkshrap support immediately upon discovery.
• Using the Platform or any associated payment system for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal purpose.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating any other person during Account registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to access another player's Account or any system, network, or database forming part of the apkshrap infrastructure without authorisation.
• Reproducing, publishing, or distributing any content from the apkshrap Platform without prior written authorisation.

09 Intellectual Property

All content appearing on the apkshrap Platform, including but not limited to the apkshrap brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, text, graphics, images, audio, video, and data compilations, is the property of apkshrap or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the apkshrap Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application.
• Systematically extract or scrape data from the Platform using automated means.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of apkshrap intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your Account and may give rise to legal action.

10 Privacy & Data

apkshrap collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms. By registering an Account, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, apkshrap collects personal data for the purposes of Account management, KYC verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and customer support. apkshrap does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

11 Responsible Gaming

apkshrap is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing players with the tools and information they need to maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players through the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts in PKR.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude your Account from the apkshrap Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible once confirmed.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, apkshrap excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond apkshrap's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from a technical error, communication failure, or system malfunction, provided that apkshrap takes reasonable steps to rectify such issues in a timely manner.
• The accuracy, completeness, or currency of any information published on the Platform that is not directly related to your Account balance or transaction history.

Nothing in these Terms limits apkshrap's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. apkshrap's total aggregate liability to You in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the PKR amount of your verified Account balance at the time of the incident giving rise to the claim.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

apkshrap reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or other prohibited conduct.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a relevant authority.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime.

Where an Account is closed other than for cause, any verified Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds are not returnable under any circumstances.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting apkshrap support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any open bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable game or sportsbook rules.

14 Amendments to These Terms

apkshrap reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided by publishing the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. In cases of significant changes, apkshrap may also notify registered players via the contact details held on their Account.

Continued use of the apkshrap Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account as described in Section 13.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under apkshrap's international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the matter through apkshrap's internal complaints process in the first instance.

To initiate a complaint, contact apkshrap support through the live chat facility in your Account dashboard or by writing to the support email address published on this Platform. apkshrap aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a final response within 14 calendar days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, it may be escalated to the dispute resolution body designated under apkshrap's applicable gaming licence. Players retain any statutory rights they may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
